概述
搪玻璃放料阀将搪耐酸耐碱釉，它和搪玻璃过程设备一样能承受相同的压力、温度和化学介质。型号Ｖ是普通标准型，型号Ｃ带视镜孔可以观察甚至用来冲洗。此阀只可作底阀放料用而不可作流量控制阀用。
General
The valves are supplied lined with acid and alkali resistant glass and designed to with standards similar conditions in terms of temperature, pressure and chemical service as the glass-lined reactor. It is available in two types; Type V is the normal type and Type C incorporates a sight glass to observe the valve during operation. The valves are for open/close duty to discharge the contents of the reactor and do not provide any flow regulation.
设计
我们供应的阀可以配DIN标准孔，也可以配HG/T 2143-91标准孔，钢板型壳体（表1和图1)适用最高设计压力1.6MPa,铸铁壳体(表2和图2)适用最高设计压力1.0MPa。设计温度为-19oC到180oC。阀的出口配活套法兰，标准配置为HG 20592 PN1.6（同DIN 16bar), 其他标准的法兰也可提供。
Design
Valves are supplied to fit for DIN standard nozzles and Type H for HG/T2143-91 standard nozzles. It is suitable for design temperature of –19 0C to 1800C and maximum design pressure of 1.6MPa for steel Body (table1and figure1), 1.0MPa for casting body (table2 and figure 2). Split flange drilled to PN1.6 as per HG20592 (same as DIN standard for 16 bar) is standard (other standards available on request) for the outlet connection.
温度测量
当有低液位温度测量要求时，可以在阀芯端部安装金属钽的测温头和Pt100热敏电阻来测量温度。
Temperature Sensing
As an option the valve head can be fitted with a tantalum tip and PT100 through which the temperature of the reactor contents can be measured. The advantage being that the temperature measurement point is at the very bottom of the reactor and very sensor.
